Am I allowed to purchase my car during Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne?
As the VACC has outlined, Retailers are pemitted to fulfill online orders with contactless delivery. You are permitted to purchase your vehicle online whilst following all Stage 4 Restrictions.
Can I test drive a vehicle?
Unfortunately, due to the stage 4 restrictions, we are unable to complete a test drive. However, we guarantee our dedicated sales team will be able to answer any questions you have - online or over the phone.

What if a vehicle is marked 'sold'?
If a vehicle is sold then it is no longer available or shown online. With an extensive range of vehicles to choose from, we are more than happy to assist with finding you another vehicle to suit your needs.

How can I purchase online?
Simply fill out the form online via our online showroom, the form will pre-populate with your vehicle of interest and our dedicated sales team will be in contact within 30 minutes (during business hours, Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 6.00pm and Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm).
What will your team help me with?
Our sales consultants will be available to assist with all online enquiries, such as any questions about the vehicle and it’s features.
Our expert Business Managers will assist you with all areas of your finance application (if needed), insurance quotes and queries online or over the phone.
How will I sign all required documents for my purchase?
All purchasing documents, insurance forms and finance applications are securely transferred via DocuSign – for your peace of mind.
How will my finance documents be validated?
All finance documents will be witnessed via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype to confirm your identity and documentation.
What if I have a trade in vehicle?
You are still able to transact with your trade in vehicles as normal. Simply request your trade in to your sales consultant and we can virtually value your vehicle using our an online appraisal system which will require some input from you to assist capture pictures and specific information needed to maximise the valuation.
How will my trade in vehicle be examined?
You will be required to send us multiple photos and video walk throughs of your trade in vehicle (the more you send us the more accurate we can be) for us to value your vehicle. Once all details have been filled out, we will work together to sight your vehicle and to ensure the state of which the vehicle is in has not changed since it’s virtual valuation. We will then proceed with our prestige contactless pick up and delivery service to conduct an on-site vehicle appraisal. Once confirmed, we will begin the process of delivering your new Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

How can I take delivery of my vehicle? How will this work?
Our process is simple - click and deliver. Through our prestige contactless delivery, your chosen vehicle will be sanitised, cleaned and detailed as per our usual process. Your vehicle will then be delivered straight to your designated place of residence with a contactless hand over of keys and documentation. Your dedicated sales consultant will be available to assist you throughout the entire experience.
How long will my delivery take?
After your purchase is finalised and we have cleared funds, your prestige contactless delivery will take place within 3 business days in Victoria. Interstate deliveries may vary depending on location.

Will I still get an exclusive handover from your team to go through the vehicle?
Our sales consultants will FaceTime or arrange Zoom call at a convenient time for you, to assist in explaining all of the features of your new vehicle. Your sales consultant will assist you to set up your Mercedes-Me connection, Bluetooth connectivity and your navigation systems. There are no parameters on how long or how many questions you can ask – we are here to make this process enjoyable and simple for you.
What if I don’t understand everything about my vehicle?
Further on-site contactless handover opportunities will be available after the 26th October (subject to Government confirmation) at 3 Point Motors Mercedes-Benz.
